Many years ago BIOREZYDENCJA was visited by a woman who had the ability to talk to trees. She learned that it was planted with the intention of being the guardian of this good place and home. Places that the new owner – Tomasz Szymocha saved from complete destruction. the chestnut tree was very happy and promised during a conversation with the woman that he would fulfill one of his wish.

For many years, Tomasz searched unsuccessfully for any mention of the space he had purchased. He decided to ask the chestnut tree to show him the history of BIOREZYDENCJA.

On the same day, an elderly couple appeared in front of the house, who had owned it a long, long time ago, before the war. During the meeting with Tomasz, they told many stories and secrets that BIOREZYDENCJA hides.

Since then, both Tomasz and the guests have been asking the magic tree to fulfill their desires. The chestnut tree only fulfills the good ones. Those that will not harm either others or the dreamer who expresses his intentions.
